Ntethelelo Marvellous Memela is a 23-year-old male who was born and bred in a township called Clermont, in Durban.  He is currently completing his final year in Public Relations at University of Zululand Richards bay campus.

Although, Memela is currently involved in various entrepreneurial activities, he vividly remembers a moment in his life when things were dire.

Memela faced financial issues which led him into opening a tuckshop called Black Star Line to make ends meet. Moreover, due to the lack of entertainment activities, Memela decided to create a creative safe space for his peers to express their artistic talents which is known as art sessions based on the Richards Bay campus.  These art sessions include poetry and musical performances from UNIZULU students.

During his first year, Memela was a member of the 2017 Enactus team that won a trip to London unfortunately he was not able to attend due to his financials. He is currently involved in student politics.
