Electronic SRC Voting System Suspended

University Management is committed to giving voice to students. This voice finds expression through the SRC structure. For the SRC to enjoy university-wide legitimacy, the electoral process must be credible.

Management has realised that the use of proposed electronic SRC voting system has not been sufficiently canvassed with students. Given this reality, the use of the electronic SRC voting system has been suspended.

The system will only be introduced in 2020 once it has been explained and endorsed by affected stakeholders.

We thank you for your co-operation.
